Vibrant Access Return Policy

At Vibrant Access, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. This policy complies with UK laws and regulations.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
-Condition: The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at vibrantaccess@gmail.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your item back to us. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Exceptions and Non-returnable Items

Sale Items and Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and then make a new purchase for the desired item once the return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For items shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing any reason. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
